Hi, I’m Cleo — the baker behind frekles!

The name comes from the little girl I used to be, the one who got teased for having brown spots all over her face. Back then, freckles felt like something to hide. Today, I see them as what makes me unique — just like each loaf of sourdough I bake.

Every loaf that comes out of my oven is full of love, patience, and a little personality (no two are exactly the same — just like freckles!). 

My goal is simple: to share bread that feels warm, real, and made for community.

So when you pick up a loaf from frekles, you’re not just taking home bread, you’re getting a piece of a story that turned something once teased into something to be celebrated.
